A few weeks ago I heard Rocky Mountain High and since then I’ve been craving the mountains.  A few things fell through in my schedule and I headed up to Rome.  It was a great time with beautiful weather,  scenery, and really cool friends.  I photographed KTED’s TNC River Cleanup on Holly Creek.

I’m a WAY cooler person with KTED in my life.

This is KTED’s baby #3, she’s a fertile myrtle.  The baby shower was at Ballengers in Sublinga, GA.  Food’s amazing, bring your own booze.  I’m a fan.

A few of us are doing the “whomp gut” pose… the rest of you look cute.  Thanks a lot.

If only I had the rum.

This is where I lived freshman year, beautiful isn’t it?  There are catacombs and crazy trap doors to get on top of the buildings–that place is calling to be explored.  :)

Holly really wanted to get married on Cumberland Island.  She rented two boats, one to ferry the humans, one to ferry the dogs.  Family and groomsmen carried chairs and built the altar on the spot.  She spent over 3 hours on a boat.  All to get married on the island.   She dreams large and makes it happen.  Holly, you’re my hero.  :)
