Well… I wouldn’t really call them the blues. I did go to the beach last weekend, I’m going back to the beach this weekend, and I’m taking off about a month to break my filly Apple. Life is good no doubt, but I will miss the adventure, romance, and love I see when photographing weddings. Weddings are a very special time in our lives and I love that people choose me to document it. My next wedding lined up is on Cumberland Island off the coast of Georgia. Cumberland Island is only 10% privately owned–the rest is national seashore (it also has wild horses). It’s a seriously cool island.

Lunch:
Sopa de Lima (I have a print out sheet of the recipe, so if you really want it I can scan and send it.)
Dinner:
Mussels in a Tomato Wine Broth (We had to use shrimp bc the mussels have been poisoned.)
German Potato Salad (The Germans told us it was OK.)
Grilled Local Corn
